When followed truthfully and from the heart, Karate can become a lifestyle, which positively affects everything around us. You'll see an increase in self-confidence, coordination, ability to focus, general awareness, moderation, respect for others, and more appreciation for world values. Beginners simply learn, while the advanced polish their skills. Students need to purchase their uniforms online or from the instructor for about $50, but a uniform is not required to start. Personal protective equipment (helmet, shin protectors, and gloves) costs about $120 and is required starting with the second term. Occasionally, there might be additional costs for other equipment, belt gradings, or participation in related events (T-shirts, tournaments, inviting an advanced instructor, camps, etc). As applicable, students/parents must check with their doctor or medical clinic if medical conditions would prevent moderate to intense physical activities prior to attending classes and if allowed to participate, the instructor needs to be informed about any such medical conditions. Everyone is invited to give it a try, come join us for a great experience

Sportball soccer programs are not competitive, skill-based and provide children with the opportunity to play soccer with the help of experienced coaches. This program focuses on the fundamental skills of soccer: throw–in, kicking, dribbling, and goalie skills. Children are taught to apply soccer skills successfully and confidently in soccer games. Each child will receive a Sportball soccer jersey and a ball.
Equipment needed: water bottle, attire for outdoor weather.

Sportball Just the Game programs are perfect for kids 6 - 9 who want to play for the love of the game. Classes start off with warm ups and quick skills refreshers before getting right into sport-specific game play. Coaches act as referees, teaching skills through league-style games and a few key drills. Each child will receive a Sportball soccer Jersey and a ball.

Parents are instructed on how to correctly assist their children in learning the fundamentals of soccer. Coaches teach in a fun and creative manner, with a focus on success and participation Grandparents and caregivers, are also welcome to bring children to the program. We recommend that the same adult attend the program each week. Each child will receive a Sportball soccer jersey and a ball.

Age Requirement: 8-15 Years
LEVEL 1 - Learn - Introduction to Stand Up Paddleboarding. Recommended for people new to SUP and those who have never taken formal lessons. Learn essential paddling skills, safety skills and knowledge to get the most out of your time on a stand up paddleboard. We cover everything from how to hold a paddle to what to do if you fall off. Progress from kneeling to standing at your own pace while you learn the essential paddling strokes necessary to paddle in a straight line, turn, and stop. Finish the day with a smile and the confidence to safely hit the water on your own after the lesson. All paddling and safety equipment is included.
Come dressed in moisture wicking, quick drying clothes (merino wool and polyester work well, cotton does not). Paddling footwear recommended. Awards Paddle Canada “Basic SUP Skills” certification. Maximum 6 students.

With all the necessary supplies provided, including canvases, paints, brushes, and even cupcakes for a sweet treat, young artists will have everything they need to unleash their creativity.
In this hands-on experience, children will learn various painting techniques and explore different color combinations to express their artistic visions. From blending hues to mastering brush strokes, they will discover the joy of self-expression through art.
As creativity knows no bounds, it's important to be prepared for a little mess along the way. We encourage participants to wear painting clothes to fully immerse themselves in the experience without worrying about spills or splatters.
Join us for an unforgettable journey of imagination and creation, where every child can proudly showcase their own masterpiece at the end of the session.

Children can learn T-ball fundamentals in a supportive non-competitive setting. Our play-based approach uses creative coaching techniques to captivate imaginations and reduce performance anxiety. Children imagine that beanbags are pizzas and the targets, animal houses. They deliver pizza to the different animals by hitting the targets. These classes are a great way to get the kids to try a new sport and be out in the sun! Each child will receive a Sportball jersey & hat. Equipment needed: water bottle, bug spray, weather-appropriate attire.
