For Residents:

  • $70 per hour (minimum of 3 hours)
  • Full-day rate: $700
  • Additional $50 per hour after 9 PM

For Non-Residents:

  • $90 per hour (minimum of 3 hours)

  • Additional $50 per hour after 9 PM

The Beach Club Hall is the perfect place for your next event, meeting, or gathering. The room features large windows with stunning lake views and access to a spacious deck. It comes equipped with 62 chairs and 14 tables, a high-quality sound system, a large projector with a motorized screen, kitchen, and two individual washrooms. Please note that hall rentals do not include lake or park access. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.

The use of 30 chairs and 6 tables is included.

Bookings can be made 2 months in advance on the same date.

Our tent is the perfect option that allows you to enjoy the beautiful park and lake, while also having protection from the elements. The tent may only be rented by resident members of the Summerside Residents Association. (Tent may not be exactly as pictured)

Maximum of 40 extra guests. Requests for additional guests can be made to SSRA Management for review.

$40 for up to 10 additional guests.

*Please note this does NOT include the 5 guests per household.

Bookings can be made 2 months in advance.

An outdoor booking is the perfect option for those who want to enjoy the park space with extra guests. Outdoor bookings may only be made by resident members of Lake Summerside.
