    What an amazing and exhilarating experience we get to experience here at Lake Summerside! The polar plunge is not only a daring challenge, but also an excellent way to build a sense of community and push personal boundaries. The idea of breaking free from self-imposed limits is truly powerful.

    Such experiences not only create unforgettable memories but also serve as a reminder of the resilience and courage that lies within us.

    Take part the plunge for a good cause at the 2025 Polar Plunge right here in Lake Summerside! In support of Special Olympics Alberta, take a quick dip in the icy lake while fundraising for a worthy cause. Come and freeze for a reason!
